Our Mission

   St. Michael's Academy's 10th Annual Auction is dedicated to raising much-needed funds for our school. This years proceeds will go, first and foremost, to purchasing much-needed text books for the school and then to refurbish the extensive St. Michael's Library.

This magnificent two-story library remains closed on a consistent basis because we lack the funds to support a part-time librarian. There are so many historical, literary and liturgical treasures housed in this facility. But without the funds to refurbish, to stock and man the library the children are deprived of this opportunity for intellectual curiosity in all facets of the arts.

As Americans we share a legacy built upon freedom, opportunity and a commitment to moral integrity. St. Michael's Academy is dedicated to the preservation of these ideals and strives daily for excellence in education so its students can graduate with the best possible rounded education and academic values available anywhere. Please help us achieve these worthy goals.

Our Goals

St. Michael's Academy's 10th Annual Auction has a lofty goal of $40,000 this year. To reach this goal, to fund more text books and to help save our library, we will need your help. Please join in our worthy cause and have some fun along the way.

In addition to our financial goal, we also hope and pray that through a reconcentration on making the St. Michael's Library more accessible to all, especially our students, we can all be effective in creating more 'bookworms'. We know Booker the Bookworm would love that, and in turn, by developing a love for the written word - from Holy Scripture to the Classics, from the lives of the Saints to living our faith, we will all be more effective in eventually populating Heaven with beautiful butterflies whose souls, hearts and minds will soar because they had the opportunity to develop their intellectual curiosity and grow in love of God because of your help.
